‘wole leads the effort at CoBuildIT which is focused on creating simpler, cheaper, better ways to acquire housing. By leveraging technology to aggregate demand and supply of housing as well as securing finance to undertake residential developments, CoBuildIT offers the unique proposition of driving home prices for middle to low income earners by up to 40%.
‘wole has had 13years of experience planning, and delivering infrastructure, and real estate projects of significant scope, and scale. From large-scale PPP projects in the FCT while working in the public sector; to residential housing estates across Nigeria as Head Design and Construction at Aso Investment; to multi-billion naira commercial real estate project in his various Architectural and project management consulting roles. He has also consulted for international NGOs like DFID, GTZ and various MDAs, and State Governments on briefs including; the conduct of specialized studies, manpower development, and master planning of several tertiary institutions.
Upon founding CoBuildIT in 2015, he has narrowed his focus to helping wipe off Nigeria’s massive housing deficit by creating, and crowd-funding projects like The Epicentre, which is currently under construction in Abuja.
‘wole has a Master’s degree in Architecture, and an MBA in Strategic Management.
