Ike Okosa is a entrepreneur with ample experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Ike was motivated to found eWorker, an IT outsourcing and recruitment company, through his many years of experience using outsourcing to drive efficiency and reduce cost in his previous business.

As a British born African and trained computer scientist, Ike was motivated to contribute to Africa’s social and economic development and help solve its insistent unemployment issues.

Ike believes that by mobilising Africa’s growing young and skilled IT workforce through outsourcing, he can help to reduce unemployment and add to the continents GDP growth.

eWorker aims to disrupt the employment space by focusing on technology and training to replicate the successful outsourcing models that other emerging markets have been able to capitalise on.
