Nneka is a Vice President at Flint Atlantic Capital Partners, a Venture Capital firm focused on socially impactful early-stage healthcare businesses across sub-Saharan Africa. At Flint, Nneka is active at all stages of the investment process including deal origination, deal evaluation, deal structuring, due diligence and post-investment monitoring.
Prior to Flint, Nneka worked in Management Consulting, helping to guide the strategy and operations of leading Africa-focused multinational corporations. She has also worked as an Oil and Gas Operations Engineer and was part of the historic expansion of the Motiva Port Arthur Refinery in Texas, USA which made it the largest refinery in North America.
Nneka is an Executive director and co-founder of Omenalab, the first Pan-African hub dedicated to advancing cultural entrepreneurship on the continent. At Omenalab, she helped the Festival a Sahel Ouvert, operating out of Mboumba, Senegal to develop a sustainability strategy, geared at transforming the non-profit into a sustainable enterprise. She is also the founder of Ivy Edge consulting (www.ivyedgeng.com) which helps to prepare candidates for admissions into top tier undergraduate and MBA programs globally.
Nneka holds an M.Eng with first class honours in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where she was the co-chair of the 17th annual Africa Business Conference. In 2016, Nneka was named by Africa Diligence magazine as one of the ‘50 jeunes leaders dessinent l’Afrique émergente’ (50 young emerging African leaders)
